I acknowledge that I live and work on the Unceded Ancestral Lands of the Penobscot and Wabanaki People. I also recognize that a couple of simple words on a website are not, and never will be, enough to compensate for the unjust atrocities that have occurred on this land, to the people, and to the earth itself. I hereby commit my hands, my mind, and my heart to working towards reparations to help heal these relationships, utilizing all the tools and resources to which I have access.
All humans deserve access to quality healthcare without the risk of becoming unhoused or going hungry. If you are Black, Indigenous, Palestinian, Queer, or another person of the Global Majority and would like to receive care, please reach out. My broader goal in my practice is to serve communities affected by systemic injustice. I am currently working to set up a fund for BIPOC reparations care. Until I can establish a more sustainable setup for my own livelihood, I will be offering two free sessions a week to those from the Global Majority and most affected by systemic oppression. I dream of a world where we all have equal access to our own nervous systems and that our bodies may be fully sovereign. It is my honor to be with you.
I also acknowledge that simply being born in a white body doesn’t necessarily guarantee you access to affordable healthcare that all humans deserve and need. While I dream of being able to offer care to truly anyone who needs it, I am currently unable to provide full scholarships for White-bodied folks. Please reach out if you are in need of a sliding scale option. I want my work to be accessible to all.
Are you in a position of privilege? Would you like to sponsor a scholarship so that we may continue to offer free care to those who need it most? Please do! Visit my scholarship fund and provide your support today.
